Conditions For Admission
Age to L.K.G is 4 years and to U.K.G is 5 years ; to Std–1 is 6 years as on 1st June .
Std- XI candidates must have passed English Medium Std – X of the All India Secondary School Examination or ICSE or Anglo Indian , School leaving Certificate Examination . The school offers only Science/Maths groups for XI standards .
Admission to LKG starts on 1st December and Closed 31st December every year . Admission to other classes begins on April first and Closes on April 31st .
Admission Procedures
Application for the kindergarten is generally issued in the 1st week of December .Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the administrative office within 3 working days from issue of the form
Admission to the kindergarten will be done through observation and interaction . On the day of interaction both the parents should be present . Date and timings for interaction will be intimated at the time of submission of the registration form .
There will be written test for students seeking admission to classes 1 to IX
At the time of registration the following documents are to be submitted to the administrative Office .
Duly filled and signed registration form
2 Pass port size color photographs of the child
Proof of Date of Birth ( Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority )
Submit the Transport Form ( if school Transport needs to be availed )
Progress report of the concerned school for two previous classes ( Applicable to class 1 to IX )
INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM WILL BE REJECTED .
Admission and Withdrawal
Admission are generally made only to the lower nursery, for the other classes admission will be made, if only there are vacancies
Children below 4 years and above 5 years will not be admitted to the L KG
For Admission in std I , age should be 6 years as on 1st June , Birth certificate from competent authority should be produced in support of prescribed age .
For Admission to Std-II or above original T C from the previous affiliated school is required . Pupil having attended the other recognized school will not be admitted without a Transfer Certificate and conduct certificate . In case of pupil coming from outside Kerala the TC should be duly countersigned by educational authorities.
For admission to senior secondary class pass certificate , course cum conduct certificate statement of marks of the qualifying examination , migration certificate ( If migrating from Boards other than CBSE are also to be produced in addition to the original T C ) .
For Senior Secondary classes subjects offered in science subjects include English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics .
Those who opt computer science in Plus One include English , computer science , Physics , Chemistry, Mathematics .
Once a student is admitted in the school his/her date of birth will not be changed
Direct admission to Std – X and XII are generally not encouraged . However on exceptional cases admission can be granted subject to the approval of CBSE .
Application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the principal by the parent or guardian of the pupil
A Notice of 2 days must be given for any certificate or document required from the school office .
Name of the pupil who have been absent from the school for 15 consecutive working days or more without permission are liable to be stricken from the register and they may not readmitted .
No T C will be issued until all the payments are made .
